Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Inklee, including Artists and Clients. By using Inklee, you agree not to do, attempt, or enable any of the following.

1. Illegal or harmful content and conduct

  • Submit, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence, terrorism, or discrimination.
  • Submit content that sexualises minors, or that solicits, offers, or depicts tattoo work that is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Use Inklee to facilitate fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity.

2. Intellectual property and impersonation

  • Upload material you do not own or have permission to use, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, design, or moral rights.
  • Impersonate another person, business, artist, or studio, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

3. Platform integrity

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law.
  • Scrape or harvest data from Inklee, or use automation to interact with the Service except for normal browser/use of the Service.
  • Probe, attack, or attempt to bypass security controls, or use Inklee in a way that could damage, overload, or impair the Service.
  • Use the booking forms to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Submit booking requests that you do not genuinely intend to follow up on, including for the purpose of harassing an Artist.

4. Tattoo-specific responsibilities (Artists)

  • You must operate a lawful tattoo business and comply with all applicable health-and-safety, age-of-consent, hygiene, licensing, and consumer-protection rules in every jurisdiction where you take bookings.
  • You must not use Inklee to promote tattoo services that are unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for confirming the age of your Clients before any tattoo work; Inklee does not verify ages.
  • You are responsible for medical, allergy, and aftercare conversations with your Clients.

5. Enforcement

If we believe you have breached this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access, remove offending content, and (where required) report to authorities. We aim to give notice where possible, but reserve the right to act without notice for serious or urgent breaches.

6. Reporting abuse

Email support@inklee.app to report a violation. For copyright complaints, please include the work you claim has been infringed and the URL of the allegedly infringing content.
