FAQ
Pricing, answered.
01Is the free plan actually usable?
Yes. Free includes the complete booking workflow: your public page, the request form, review and scheduling, manual deposit tracking, waitlist, trip planner, flash, and the client portal. It is the product, not a trial.
02What does Inklee Plus cost?
3.00 EUR per month, or 30.00 EUR per year. Inklee is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added: the price you see is the price you pay. The subscription renews until you cancel.
03Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You cancel in the app from your account settings, as easily as you subscribed. You keep Plus until the end of the paid period, and your account and all of your data are kept.
04Can I change my mind after buying?
If you buy Plus as a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which is separate from cancelling. It works directly from your plan settings. No reason needed, no support ticket.
05What does collecting deposits cost?
Card deposits collected through Inklee carry a flat 3% fee with card processing included. Your client always pays exactly the deposit amount. Manual deposit tracking stays free.
06When is the Studio plan coming?
Later. Solo artists come first. If you run a studio and want in early, write to hello@inklee.app.
